The highlights of the projects are

• Design and Build of the Foundation Works that are pre-bored shaft friction piles because of the poor ground and subsoil conditions and the Drainage Tunnel that runs across the Site.

• Cycling Themed Activities: Development of elevated cycle tracks that can let riders to capture the whole view of the park and a viewing deck at the south side of the park, other leisure activities including jogging paths, children play areas, toilet blocks, a bike kiosk, and staff facilities. The proposed elevated cycling track applies the concept of “Cycling in the Oasis” and aims to provide cyclists with a unique tree-top experience, allowing them to meander among the trees while enjoying a healthy ride and stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

• Building Services: Installation of MVAC, electrical systems, fire services, CCTV, lighting, water supply, and smart features.

• Hard & Soft Landscaping & Tree Works: Provision of park furniture, safety surfacing, play equipment, and the protection of two Old and Valuable Trees (OVT) and to maintain both retained and compensatory trees.

Project Objectives:

• Promote active, multigenerational use of public space

• Enhance greenery and biodiversity

• Upgrade safety, accessibility, and visual appeal

• Strengthen sustainability through modern infrastructure and landscape integration
