This project involved the construction of a 30-storey building, composing of a 4-storey podium and a 24-storey hotel tower with two semi-basement floors.

The site is located in Central, a busy commercial district, and is in close proximity to near-by properties. It also encroaches upon a slope with the higher terrain at Wyndham Street and the lower terrain at D’Aguilar Street. These increased the difficulty of the transportation of materials and machines to and from the site. Detailed planning was of vital importance for the success of the project.

The construction floor area is about 12,800 ft2.
